I'm a residential customer, can I purchase from you directly?
Unfortunately we are Wholesale Only, however we have many resellers that you can get in touch with, see our resellers page.
How do I know how much Stone I'll need for my area?
It is all dependant on the depth you're after. Approximately 66 of our 20kg bags (20mm stone) is equivalent to 1 cubic metre. You can calculate your m3 using the formula Width x Length x Depth.
How do I know how much Mulch I'll need for my area?
It is all dependant on the depth you're after. Approximately 20 of our 50 Litre bags is equivalent to 1 cubic metre (1000L = 1m3). You can calculate your m3 using the formula Width x Length x Depth.
Where can I buy your products?
You'll find a lot of our Mulches, Sand, & Stone ranges at your local Bunnings as well as local Nurseries and Landscape Yards. Have a look at our resellers page for your local independent Nursery/Hardware store who stock Ki-Carma.
I own a business, how do I purchase from you?
Contact our sales team at sales@kicarma.com.au and we can discuss further. We do have minimum order quantities and require correct pallet exchange/transfer for all goods.
How do I know if your product is safe for my pet?
Our products are sold as landscape and trade products and are not intended to be used in animal enclosures of any kind. If your pet consumes goods from the garden you should contact your vet. Our products are natural and not washed or dyed using any toxic chemicals however are not intended for consumption.
Can I use the product for something other than what is on the bag?
Our products are sold to be used in your gardens and for landscaping purposes. Each product has a best use description on the bag, we highly recommend finding the right product for your needs.
Why is there mold in my bag?
Mold can occur on or in mulch and organic products for a few reasons, if your product is wet, has limited ventilation, or the bag has been left in direct sunlight or heat (which can cause humidity inside the bag), you will find a white "mold" develop on the product. Rest assured this mold is all part of the decomposition process and will not hurt your garden. Spread the product out in your garden and ensure it has good sun exposure, and you will see the mold clear over a few days.
How do I know what a product is made of?
Our products come from a variety of quarries, mills, and suppliers around Australia. Some of our products will advise in their descriptions the type of stone or mulch they are, however if you are still unsure or have concern about the product please give us a call so we can better assist your product specific enquiry. 07 5546 1656
I've purchased this stone before and now it's a different colour?
All of our stones are natural and uncoloured, which means they can and will vary in colour batch to batch as the quarry moves through different areas. This is not a fault with the product simply a result of using natural products.
Can I get products in Bulk from you?
Currently we only have a bulk offer available in South Australia through your local Bunnings store. Please note, there are limited suburbs available for delivery. Speak to a Team Member at Bunnings for more information.
